
By making a booking at Paws in the Park, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms are in place to help keep the field safe, clean and enjoyable for everyone.
1. Bookings

The field must be booked in advance. Please do not arrive without a confirmed booking.

Your booking time includes the time needed to enter and leave the field. Please arrive and leave promptly so that the next customer can use the field at their allocated time.

Only the number of dogs included within your booking should use the field.
-
The person making the booking is responsible for all dogs, children and other members of their party during the visit.
-
Please do not share your booking or access details with anyone who has not been included in your booking.
2. Arrival and Leaving the Field
- One vehicle per session to be parked in the allocated enclosure space, there is room for one other vehicle in a waiting area. If you would like to bring multiple vehicles (eg class/clients) please contact us in advance to arrange parking.

Please ensure the entrance and gates are securely closed and locked behind you before allowing your dog off lead.

Please check that the field is secure before releasing your dog.
-
When leaving, please make sure the gate is properly closed, secure and locked.
-
Please only visit at your time of booking and leave promptly to allow the next visitor to access the site.

Please respect the privacy of other customers and wait until the previous booking has completely left before entering.
3. Dogs
-
You are responsible for ensuring that your dog is suitable to use a secure exercise field.
-
Dogs must be supervised at all times.
-
Please do not bring a dog that is known to be aggressive towards people or other animals if there is a risk that this could cause harm.
-
Dogs that are unwell or showing signs of an infectious or contagious illness should not use the field.
-
Dogs must be kept under control and owners must be confident that they can safely manage their dogs.
-
Puppies may use the field only where appropriate for their age, health and vaccination status. Owners are responsible for seeking veterinary advice where necessary.
4. Children and Other Visitors
-
Children remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult at all times.
-
Children must be supervised and should not climb on, damage or interfere with fencing, gates or other equipment.
-
Please be aware that the field is primarily intended for exercising dogs and may contain uneven ground, mud, long grass or other natural hazards.
5. Cleaning Up
-
All dog waste must be picked up immediately and placed in the bins provided.
-
If your dog damages, digs up or otherwise affects the field, please inform us as soon as possible.
-
Please leave the field clean and tidy for the next customer.
-
Do not leave toys, food, packaging or other personal belongings behind.
-
Please take rubbish home with you.
6. Field and Equipment
-
Please treat the field, fencing, gates and any equipment with care.
-
Dogs must not be allowed to deliberately damage fencing, gates, plants or other property.
-
Digging is not permitted unless specifically allowed in a designated area (sand pit)
-
Please do not move, alter or interfere with any equipment, fencing or field facilities.
-
Any damage caused by you, your dog or a member of your party should be reported promptly.
-
Paws in the Park reserves the right to charge for reasonable repair or replacement costs where damage has been caused deliberately, recklessly or through misuse.
7. Off-Lead Exercise
-
The field is provided as a secure space for dogs to exercise off lead. However, no enclosed field can guarantee that a dog will never escape.
-
Owners must check the security of the field before releasing their dog and remain responsible for their dog throughout the booking.
-
If you notice any damage, gap or problem with the fencing or gates, please contact Paws in the Park immediately and do not allow your dog to use the affected area.
8. Multiple Dogs
-
If you are bringing more than one dog, you must ensure that you can safely control all of them.
-
You are responsible for the behaviour and safety of every dog in your booking.
-
Dogs from separate bookings must never be allowed to enter the field together unless specifically agreed by Paws in the Park.
9. Booking Cancellations
-
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to change your booking.
-
Cancellations and refunds are subject to the cancellation policy stated at the time of booking.
-
If you arrive late, your booking will still finish at the original booked time and cannot normally be extended, as another customer may be booked immediately afterwards.
10. Bad Weather or Ground Conditions
-
Paws in the Park operates in normal weather conditions and customers should consider the suitability of the conditions for their own dogs.
-
In exceptional circumstances, such as dangerous weather, flooding, heatwave or conditions that make the field unsafe, Paws in the Park may temporarily close the field and bookings will be altered to another time or date to suit.
-
Where Paws in the Park cancels a booking due to unsafe conditions, customers will be offered an appropriate alternative in accordance with the circumstances.
11. Emergencies and Veterinary Care

You are responsible for your dog's health and wellbeing while using the field.
If your dog becomes injured or unwell:
-
Remove your dog from the situation if it is safe to do so.
-
Contact your vet where appropriate.
-
Contact Paws in the Park as soon as reasonably possible if there is an issue with the field or facilities that may have contributed to the incident.
-
Paws in the Park is not responsible for veterinary costs incurred as a result of a dog's pre-existing condition, behaviour, interaction with another animal, or ordinary risks associated with exercising a dog.
12. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for their own belongings, including phones, keys, leads, toys and other equipment.
-
Paws in the Park cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
13. Liability
-
Customers use Paws in the Park at their own risk and remain responsible for their dogs, children and other members of their party.
-
Paws in the Park takes reasonable steps to maintain the field and facilities in a safe condition. However, the field is an outdoor environment and may contain natural hazards such as uneven ground, mud, wet grass, branches or other conditions associated with an outdoor space.
-
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
14. Respect for Others

Please be considerate of other customers and local residents.
-
Unacceptable behaviour, including threatening, abusive or deliberately disruptive behaviour towards Paws in the Park staff, other customers or members of the public, will not be tolerated.

Paws in the Park reserves the right to refuse future bookings where a customer repeatedly breaches these Terms & Conditions or uses the field in an unsafe or inappropriate manner.
15. Privacy and Contact Details

Customers should provide accurate contact information when making a booking and ensure that Paws in the Park can contact them if there is an issue with their booking or an emergency affecting the field.
16. Acceptance of These Terms
By making a booking and using Paws in the Park, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to follow the rules of the field.
Paws in the Park reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to your booking will be the version in effect at the time the booking is made.
